Marina with villas, hotel, apartment building, golf resort
The Marina Tarara project is located in the Caribbean. The area is characterised by its easy accessibility and beautiful surroundings. The first phase of the project involves the development of a marina with 250 moorings, while the second phase consists of the development of a neighbourhood of villas, a hotel, an apartment building, a golf resort and an expansion of the marina to cater for ‘superyachts’ with lengths up to 60 metres.
The project is intended to serve as an international example of sustainability and sustainable development. An element of this is the ‘Blue Flag’ quality assurance label, in which a number of environmental aspects have central importance.
All the accompanying facilities are housed in five buildings designed as pavilions in a landscape setting. The public areas have a high-quality character, and will be provided with luxury furniture and light fittings. The varied planting will include palm trees and cactuses. The parking facility and internal access ways are finished in natural stone tiles, while the framework of the buildings has attractive hardwood roofing, into which all the technical components (electricity, water and lighting) are integrated.
